When ground, there is a caramel and nutty aroma. The flavor is subtle but complex. Notes of chocolate and almonds are the most prevalent. The taste combined with the low acidity produces a rich but smooth finish that is highly drinkable. Additionally, as a single-origin, organic coffee, the product is incredibly consistent in delivering a knockout cup.
