This is an inspirational coffee that will cause you to sit up straight and think about having an adventure.

Chateau is a special mix of our Peaberry, Extra Fancy, Fancy and Prime which produces a deeper more complex flavor profile due to this blended recipe. Our medium dark roast is preferred by coffee connoisseurs. Roasted just past the first crack, the beans are a chocolate brown matte finish with very little oil on the surface. The unique character of Kona coffee comes through best with this delightfully complex coffee.

  Deliciously smooth Kona coffee!
This coffee has a great flavor. It is very smooth with no bitterness at all. Kona coffee at its finest. The fact that it’s organic and supports local farmers is a bonus.

  Amazing coffee
This coffee is truly a cut above the rest. When ground, there is a caramel and nutty aroma. The flavor is subtle but complex. Notes of chocolate and almonds are the most prevalent. The taste combined with the low acidity produces a rich but smooth finish that is highly drinkable. Additionally, as a single-origin, organic coffee, the product is incredibly consistent in delivering a knockout cup. Highly recommended.

Smooth, dark roasted, chocolate notes, full-bodied organic coffee from the Big Island of Hawaii. I have been drinking and gifting these coffee beans since 2016. Pairs with milk or milk substitute to make a delicious latte or cappuccino.
